Shelly is the second in command of DPRT The Ville. She has been a close friend of Ronald Miller for some time. Shelly brings a great deal of understanding to the team. She is quick to spot things but never quick to assume they are paranormal. Shelly is a very nice person whose people's skills are only matched by her kindness. She makes everyone around her feel like everything is going to be alright no matter how bad the situation is.
