Wheelwright Bowling Alley
Background and general information
Case #- 8
Case Title- WWBowling Alley
Location- Wheelwright City Clubhouse
Case Status- CLOSED
At one time this was a swinging hot spot for miners and their families. After the mines left town the building housing the bowling alley began to crumble and the alley followed right along. Now it is hard to even tell a bowling alley once stood where the decay and ruble now lays. DPRT became aware of stories of voices and strange noises from within the bowling alley after several teen agers began using it for drinking and smoking. Finally we had heard enough and the trip was planned. The alley only had 2 or 3 lanes but was up to date at the time of it's operation. The floors had since crumbled and the drop cieling had done just that, dropped onto the ground but the seats and the old shoe counter still stood to testify to what once was.
Personal Experiences
-A deep bluish gray orb floated by and was witnessed by several team members
-the sound of pins being toppled was heard on two seperate visits
-ecto seemed to hover for awhile and than follow a set of stairs to the upper portion of the building
-an old doorway seemed to grow brighter and than just as quickly stop
